Service Description

There’s nothing to be intimidated about. This class is designed for those new to Aerial Yoga or those who just need a refresher. This class will acquaint you with the hammock and help you to learn to trust and have fun.

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time. Doors will be locked at class start time. Space is limited! Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time to avoid a $15 class cancellation fee or lose a class from your package.
